Cost and timing
Courier is R 99 in South Africa. Spend R 800 or more and courier is included. Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).
We pack on a weekly South African run. Orders in by Sunday leave Wednesday or Thursday. The courier then takes about 1–4 working days (metros often faster). Most parcels arrive in 5–12 days. That is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. If a unit is not in that week’s run it waits for the next one. Electronics are tested before they leave.
We do not quote a guaranteed calendar date. If a parcel is delayed, write with the order number.
How it is sent
Standard courier, tracked where the carrier provides a number. We email the number when we have it. Signature may be required.
Failed delivery
If the address is incomplete or the courier cannot leave the parcel, we hold it and write to you. Repeated failed delivery may be treated as a cancellation minus actual courier cost, unless consumer law says otherwise.
