What we collect
To complete an order we need your email, name, and a delivery address. The bag is stored in your browser until you check out. If you subscribe, we store the email you typed, on this device, until a live list exists.
We do not ask for identity documents, tax numbers, or a full card number on this website. Never send a card number by email. Network International and DPO forbid card numbers in email.
How we use it
To fulfil the order, talk to you about it, run a return or cancellation, and send notes you opted into. We do not sell personal information. Advertising and analytics cookies only run if you choose Allow on the cookie bar.
Subscribe is optional. Checkout does not require marketing consent.
Processors
When you pay, PayPal processes card and PayPal-account data on PayPal’s PCI DSS pages. DPO Pay (Network International) is not live yet. Courier companies in South Africa receive the name, phone if you give one, and address needed to deliver. They are not given your card number.
If you Allow optional cookies, Google Tag Manager can load Google Analytics 4, Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and Microsoft Clarity. Those companies process device and visit data under their own policies. Necessary only keeps them off.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS in production. We do not store, process, or transmit full card data on our servers. That work belongs to DPO Pay and PayPal when connected.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, erase, or object to processing of your personal information, and to withdraw marketing consent. Write to mkdingalo@gmail.com. We respond within two business days.

Cross-border
Order data is used to pack and courier in South Africa and to take payment through DPO Pay and PayPal. Those processors operate in the countries where they host their services.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as tax and dispute rules require. Browser bag and overlay flags stay on your device until you clear them.
