Refund & cancellation policy
This is the refund and cancellation policy DPO Pay, PayPal, and the card schemes ask merchants to publish. The 7-day unused window is extra. It does not take away rights you have when goods fail.
Cancel before dispatch
Write to mkdingalo@gmail.com with your order number before the parcel leaves. We cancel. If payment was captured, we refund through the same method (DPO Pay or PayPal when live; otherwise we do not collect).
Unused returns — 7 days
If you change your mind, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Write to the same address with the order number. We inspect, then refund the product price.
Return shipping is covered on orders that already qualified for complimentary courier. Otherwise a label is offered at cost. The original outbound courier is not refunded on a change-of-mind return unless the law requires it.
Defective goods
If a tool fails to meet quality standards, is not as described, or is unsafe, you may ask for repair, replacement, or refund. Write to us with the order number and what went wrong. We do not ask you to waive this.
South African consumers receiving goods in South Africa: the Consumer Protection Act applies to those goods, including implied warranty for defects.
How a refund is paid
Refunds go back through the processor used for the original payment, in ZAR. PayPal and DPO Pay each have their own timing. We do not send cash by email. We never ask you to email a card number.
What we cannot take back as unused
Items that have been used, soaked, or returned without the original pack, except where they are defective. Batteries that have been submerged. Items missing serial-identifying packaging when we need it to confirm the unit.
